In the interest of transparency, we explain below the warranty policy adopted for all watches sold through the SA3A Watch Store, clarifying the warranty provider for each brand.
Warranty period
- All watches include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is valid only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
First: Brands covered by the authorized agent's warranty
This category includes all brands for which the warranty is provided by the authorized agent within the Kingdom.
(For example: Casio, Seiko, Dawn, Citizen, and others).
How to benefit from the guarantee:
- The customer goes directly to the brand's authorized dealer .
- Contacting the SA3A watch store is not required to benefit from the warranty.
- You must bring:
- the hour
- Original purchase invoice
- Warranty card
The numbers and addresses of authorized agents for each brand will be provided within the warranty page or within the warranty card attached to the product.
Second: Brands covered by the SA3A Watch Store warranty
(Moramax & Lorrein)
For Moramax and Lorrein watches, the SA3A watch store is directly responsible for the warranty .
Warranty details:
- Warranty period: One year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Technical malfunctions not caused by misuse
- The watch is inspected by the SA3A store team or our authorized agent to determine the cause of the malfunction.

What is not covered by the warranty (all brands)
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Misuse or neglect.
- Fractures, scratches, or impact marks.
- Exposure to water that exceeds the watch's specified water resistance level.
- Opening or tampering with the watch by an unauthorized party.
- Damage caused by fire, liquids, or external factors.
- Accessories or gifts included with the watch.
