Exchange and Return Policy – SA3A Watch Store

In order to maintain the trust and satisfaction of our customers, and in an effort to provide a distinctive online shopping experience, we would like to point out that no product is shipped unless it has been inspected, its quality has been verified, and it has been packaged securely.


We would also like to inform you that the return and exchange service is available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .


First: Returns or exchanges due to a manufacturing defect or damage


The customer is entitled to request a return or exchange without shipping fees in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product damage
  • Receiving a product different from what was shown in the store


This is subject to the following conditions:

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Contact us within 24 hours if there are any damaged or defective parts.
  • The product must be unused , and packaged in its original condition without damage to the original packaging.


After receiving the product and having it inspected by the SA3A store team and confirming that it meets the requirements, the customer has the right to choose one of two options:

  • Replace the product with a new product of the same category and of the same value.
  • Full refund of the amount paid.


How to submit a request:

The following must be attached:

  • A copy of the purchase invoice.
  • A clear image of the product or parts to be replaced.
  • Bank account information matching the applicant's name.


Second: Return or exchange due to undesirability or non-use


The customer has the right to request a refund or exchange if they do not want or use the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The application must be submitted within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and packaged in its original condition without any damage.
  • The commitment to return all product accessories and internal and external packaging in good condition.
  • If the product arrives damaged at our warehouses, we regret that we cannot complete the return or exchange procedures.
  • The customer bears all shipping costs (return shipping and replacement shipping if applicable).
  • After receiving the product, inspecting it, and ensuring it meets the requirements, the customer has the right to choose:
  • Replace the product with another product of the same category and of the same value.
  • The amount paid will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost .


Special conditions for watches

Due to the nature of watches as a delicate product, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The presence of scratches or signs of use, even if minor.
  • Remove the original stickers or labels from the watch.
  • The original box or packaging is damaged.


Time period for refund

  • The money will be refunded to the customer's account within a period of 7 to 14 business days after the product is received, inspected, and the return request is approved.


General Notes

  • SA3A Watch Store is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the product after the specified return or exchange periods have expired.
  • The store reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet the above conditions.
